Where are you located?

The Harbour Club is conveniently located in West Babylon, on the South Shore of Western Suffolk. Our community is minutes from the best fine dining and shopping that Babylon Village has to offer. With express LIRR service to Penn Station and easy access to Long Island’s major highways, The Harbour Club appeals to those who like an urban center but also desire the comforts of a suburban atmosphere. There are plentiful opportunities to golf by the bay, explore bars, enjoy nature, and experience a variety of ethnic cuisines at over 50 local restaurants.

How does parking work at The Harbour Club?

Leases at The Harbour Club permit two cars per apartment. Tenants listed on the lease are issued two Resident Parking stickers that must be affixed to their cars. Each apartment is assigned one numbered parking space.  The parking slip number is the same as the apartment number. 

Additional Resident Parking slips are labeled R and are located throughout the property.  These slips are not assigned or reserved.  Only cars with Resident Parking stickers are permitted to park in these slips. Cars without stickers are permitted to park in our large visitors lot.

Handicap spaces are available throughout the complex for guests with handicap permits.

What is your pet policy?

The Harbour Club is a pet friendly community! We allow one dog and two cats per apartment with no monthly fees. For dogs, there is a one time registration fee of $300 and vet verification of the dog's weight and vaccinations are required before lease sign. For cats, there is a one time registration fee of $350 for one cat or $400 for two cats and they must be registered with a photo on file at the leasing office.

Are utilities included in my rent?

Yes, water, trash removal, sewer fees, and heat are included in the rent. The exception is Models 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B. These units use electric heat which is not included in the rent. All apartments are wired for cable and WiFi but the cost to activate those services is not included in the rent.

Does the Harbour Club offer short term leases?

Our standard lease is for 12 months. We can offer 6 month leases on a case-by-case basis for an additional charge. Please call the leasing office at (631) 669-2752 or email aptsmgr@harbourclubllc.com for more information.
